Starting remote coating trial services.
Starting in 2021, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions on external access to client sites—as well as limitations on entry to F-Lab (the analysis, research, and assistance facility)—many experiments have been delayed or even canceled.
To address this type of issue, our company has launched a remote coating testing service.
Through online conferencing software (such as Teams and Zoom), combined with camera footage, real-time information sharing is enabled with clients both in Japan and overseas.
This allows for the actual confirmation of the material’s coating condition and the surrounding equipment being used, while also enabling real-time Q&A.
