We received a request from Company A that "want to improve the water resistance of electronic circuit boards in harsh environments". Customers have tried to apply thick coatings to improve water resistance, but due to product weight and cost constraints, this solution is not feasible. So far, customers have repeatedly discussed with various material manufacturers, but the results have been in vain, and the company is very troubled.

The customer came to F-Lab., through repeated on-site coating and salt water test, to explore the solution together. After various trials and errors, a solution was finally found, that is, two kinds of moisture-proof insulating coatings were used to protect the parts to be protected. At the same time, the best coating method was found, and the waterproof and cost targets expected by the customer were achieved.
